This pie filling came as a special request from a friend of mine for her dad who loves Strawberry Rhubarb Pie filling. I questioned her as I said you mean Strawberries AND Strawberry Rhubarb right? Nope just the Rhubarb, just as long as its Strawberry Rhubarb! So of course we named this after her dad and made sure we planted enough Strawberry Rhubarb plants so he has his fill, 19 to be exact!
